Job summary

SPX is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Assembler for the Weekend Shift in Monroe City, MO. You will prepare product for export, receive materials, and ensure accurate paperwork to support production and shipping activities.

This role features a 3-day weekend schedule with 12-hour shifts, with responsibilities including packing, labeling, and maintaining shipping records while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as part of daily duties.
• Weekend shift: 3-day workweek with 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and sorting incoming goods and directing them to the proper personnel/department.
• Process all paperwork for the department including packing slips, freight tickets, factory orders, and bills of lading.
• Validate incoming and outgoing merchandise and prepare outgoing shipments according to weight and crating specifications.
• Maintain UPS shipments and online system.
