Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse, material-handling, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Forklift operation experience; forklift certification or licensing provided.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including data entry, inventory systems, Outlook, and Teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage shipment and receipt of products, materials, components, and supplies.
• Receive incoming deliveries, unload shipments, inspect for accuracy and damage, and store properly.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and load materials for outgoing shipments.
• Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Process shipping labels and documentation with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and similar systems.
• Track and update status of outgoing shipments; communicate shipping information as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records via scanning, data entry, daily logs, and cycle counts.
• Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, vendors, and drivers to coordinate shipments.
