Kelly Services is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Norwood, MA to handle receiving, inspection, and processing of incoming materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 2+ years in shipping/receiving, familiarity with ERP systems, and proficiency in Excel. Forklift experience preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Shift options include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping/receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or materials management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory software, and barcode scanners.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to read shipping documents, packing slips, and purchase orders.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect materials for damage, quantity discrepancies, and quality concerns.
• Enter receiving transactions into inventory/ERP systems.
• Label, organize, and route materials to appropriate locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Support shipping, inventory control, and general warehouse functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
