Job summary

AD Chemco is seeking a shipping, receiving, and fulfillment associate at our Jerome location. You will count and receive freight, operate a forklift, manage orders, and perform inventory audits while ensuring timely delivery with satellite sites.

Applicants should be detail oriented, self-driven, and a team player with strong computer skills; a high school diploma or GED is required. Proficiency in Word/Excel is helpful, and BC/Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Count and receive incoming freight using inventory software
• Will be operating a forklift daily to pick and put away freight
• Manage incoming orders
• Count inventory of incoming and outgoing products
• Perform inventory audits
• Work with satellite locations to ensure timely delivery of their orders

Other Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization of your department
• Other duties as assigned or as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to handle hazardous materials
• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or an employment history that demonstrates the required skills needed for the job
• Demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete required documents, answer customer questions, and provide management support
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Have great organizational skills, professional presence, and work in a team environment. Will represent the company in a dependable and professional manner. The ability to work independently with little supervision when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. Microsoft Business Central and Power BI experience are a plus.

Physical Demands

• Applicants must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds independently and one hundred (100) pounds with assistance.
• Must be able to pass a physical agility test.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
• Applicants must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
