Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.
• Six months to one year related shipping, receiving, warehouse operations or facilities support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound deliveries; verify items against delivery documentation for accuracy and condition.
• Stage, package, label outbound materials for shipment or internal distribution.
• Enter receiving and shipment data into designated systems per procedures.
• Label, store, retrieve, and stage materials in warehouse locations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving, storage, and staging areas.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Senior Shipping & Receiving Clerk or Supervisor.
