Job summary

ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to manage incoming and outgoing shipments in a Tulsa-area plant. You will use handheld and power tools, assist with packing, and help maintain inventory accuracy while following GMP and SQF standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in a manufacturing warehouse, and the ability to operate a forklift safely. Overtime may be required and a safe, quality-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar shipping/receiving role in a warehouse.
• Ability to complete and maintain forklift training and drive safety.
• Strong communication skills and basic MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, and distribute incoming shipments.
• Receive product and inspect material for quality and accuracy.
• Route goods to proper destinations and report discrepancies.
• Load trucks and ensure documentation is complete.
• Oversee safe loading/unloading and inventory of shipping materials.
• Enter finished goods into inventory system and operate forklift safely.
• Provide training to new or junior employees as needed.
