Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a warehouse associate to support sample and product shipments, inventory, and order fulfillment. You will handle receiving paperwork, coordinate truck loads, and assist with expediting in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to read PO/shipping docs, basic computer skills, and strong teamwork. HS diploma and 1–2 years in a related field recommended.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret purchase orders and shipping information.
• Ability to follow written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions.
• Proficient with a computer and basic software.
• Forklift experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn MS Office within 12 months.

Responsabilités

• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Support production schedules and material requests by priority and due date.
• Ensure accuracy of receiving documents and match PO, packing slip, and prints.
• Reconcile receiving counts with PO and packing slips and resolve discrepancies.
• File receiving paperwork in PO order and conduct cycle counts.
• Assist with inventory via yearly physical inventory and expediting.
• Load/unload materials with forklift and coordinate truck loads and pickups.
• Maintain safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Contact vendors to research favorable freight rates and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as requested and maintain regular attendance.
