The Visual Pak Companies are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support manufacturing, planning, quality, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced facility in Illinois. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and safety while handling shipping documentation and dock scheduling.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in a warehouse, forklift experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and shipping software. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years in a warehouse environment or similar role.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping and receiving documents and contracts.
• Inform customers of delivery and shipment details and any delays.
• Maintain shipping/receiving dock schedules and communicate issues.
• Operate forklift to load, unload and move materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and accurate records.
