Job summary

PPS is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Phoenix facility. You will manage the flow of goods, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and support efficient shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, coordinating packing and shipping, and maintaining inventory records. Proficiency with RF scanners and forklifts is essential to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in shipping and receiving roles within a warehouse environment.
• Strong skills in order picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts and reach trucks; certification preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners for tracking inventory is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners for efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout and organization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during loading and unloading activities.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to orders or shipments.
• Support e-commerce initiatives by managing online order fulfillment.
