Job summary

CooperWorks Industries, a division of MAC Medical, is seeking a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Millstadt, IL. You will manage the accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods, while coordinating freight activity and maintaining records to support inventory accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with freight paperwork, PO’s, data entry, and ERP software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; shipping, receiving, warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with freight paperwork, purchase orders, basic data entry, and MS Office preferred.
• Experience with inventory management or ERP software and LTL freight coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy, condition, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and other freight documentation.
• Coordinate carrier pickups, deliveries, and shipment schedules to support production and customer deadlines.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials; compare quantities and items against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Identify and communicate shortages, overages, damage, and shipment discrepancies; assist in resolving issues.
• Record shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in company systems and maintain organized records.
• Label, stage, store, and move materials and finished goods; assist with loading and unloading as needed.
• Support inventory counts and reconciliation; coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and other departments.
• Maintain an orderly, safe work area; follow material-handling and safety procedures; perform other duties.
