Job summary

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, packing and labeling, operating lift trucks, maintaining inventory records in MS Office, and coordinating with shipping carriers to meet production needs. High school diploma required; minimum 3 years in manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
• Familiar with material handling equipment (e.g., forklift).
• Able to work well in a team environment and display urgency in serving customers.
• Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives goods, verifies items against shipment records and inspects condition.
• Packs items for shipment per specifications and transports as needed.
• Operates material handling equipment and builds pallets/skids for domestic and international shipping.
• Coordinates with Freight, FedEx and UPS portals and informs Customer Service and Purchasing.
