Fort Walton Machining, Inc. is seeking a shipping/receiving clerk to manage inbound materials and outbound shipments in a fast-paced shop environment. You will verify contents against records, coordinate carrier pickups, and enter shipments into ERP portals to support production and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining packing materials, ensuring accurate documentation, and keeping work areas organized while complying with safety rules. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Two years experience preferred.
• Must be able to use ERP systems and carrier portals (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Ship goods and process incoming materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Arrange carrier pickups per customer PO and log shipments in portals.
• Enter shipment data and manage packing materials inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and operate company vehicle when required.
