Fort Walton Machining, Inc. is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to manage inbound materials and outbound shipments in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with carriers, verify documentation, and ensure timely deliveries to customers and other facilities.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least two years of experience in shipping/receiving, plus proficiency with ERP systems and common shipping software. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years experience in shipping/receiving preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and carrier portals a plus.

Mansioni

• Receive materials for production and prepare shipments for outside processing or delivery.
• Make deliveries to other local facilities as needed.
• Verify inbound/outbound shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Arrange carrier pickup through ERP and enter shipments into portals.
• Maintain adequate shipping materials and keep work area clean and safe.
