Job summary

Bodycote is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Rutland, VT. You will pack customer parts, ensure paperwork is in order, and stage parts for production while receiving other materials. Qualifications

• ITAR compliance required; US Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• High School diploma.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Organized and accurate documentation with basic MS Office understanding.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer parts and ensure all paperwork is in order for shipping.
• Use ERP system to generate documents and perform shipping/receiving functions.
• Review job folder, inspect and pack parts being shipped.
• Document all applicable data for parts being shipped per job folder and prepare documents.
• Receive deliveries and unpack product for production.
• Inspect incoming customer parts and verify product count.
• Initiate the job folder and hand off to production planning.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely shipment and resolve issues.
• Observe Environment, Health and Safety policies; keep area neat and wear PPE.
