Job summary

Attica-Motorsports is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage orders, receive deliveries, and distribute packages in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will maintain the stockroom, schedule shipments, and prepare reports while troubleshooting issues and delivering excellent customer service. A high school diploma is required, with good communication and computer skills, and the ability to lift and operate equipment. Flexibility for a varied schedule is needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of off-road vehicle parts is helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills are essential.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries and distributing packages.
• Maintain stockroom through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure space for incoming items and staff.
• Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing shipping/receiving reports.
• Handle issues in shipping or inventory and provide customer service.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for large items and place merchandise in storage.
