Job summary

HireCall in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk to manage shipping documentation, coordinate daily shipments, and maintain accurate records. The role requires familiarity with shipping software, data entry, and strong customer communication skills.

You will work in a manufacturing facility and support order processing to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of navigating multiple systems, including CORE, invoicing, and shipping

Qualifications

Experience in shipping, receiving, and data entry required.
Experience using shipping software, shipping portals, and computer-based business systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing documents and entering information.

Responsibilities

Process shipping and receiving documentation, including purchase orders and invoices.
Scan documents into the CORE system and attach to invoices.
Ship small packages using FedEx, UPS, and other services as needed.
Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries with dock operators.
Provide estimated shipping dates in response to inquiries and locate customer orders.
