Job summary

Chart Industries is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Tulsa facilities. You will handle receiving, outbound shipments, inventory records, and ensure accurate and efficient freight processing to support production and customer requirements.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, manage paperwork, collaborate with drivers and vendors, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment across multiple Tulsa locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Industry knowledge preferred.
• Ability to provide consistent team leadership daily.
• Freight handling equipment experience (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Loading and unloading freight and materials.
• Managing inventory and tracking transactions.
• Knowledge of shipping and billing paperwork.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments at dock.
• Process receipts and paperwork for products.
• Ensure proper transaction of products and materials.
• Collaborate with drivers, vendors, and customers.
• Communicate shipment status through logistics process.
• Support production with shipment/logistics tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and collaborative work environment.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials.
• Perform computer and ERP/data entry tasks.
• Keep work areas safe and organized.
• Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage.
• Report discrepancies and claims promptly.
• Coordinate with teams to rectify issues promptly.
• Will be assigned additional duties as necessary to support the department.
