You will oversee incoming shipments, prepare outbound orders, and maintain accurate shipping records to support production, field teams, and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution operations.
• Experience working with UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and shipping documentation.
• Comfortable using computers for data entry and inventory transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Move materials through receiving and outbound shipments.
• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship outbound orders.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Support inventory accuracy via cycle counts and material tracking.
• Stage materials for production and internal departments.
• Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers.
• Assist with internal material transfers and kit preparation.
• Support hazardous material shipping per regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate issue resolution.
