Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Ship/Receiving Clerk to support accurate inbound and outbound logistics in a fast-paced environment. You will unpack and inspect goods, verify against orders, and maintain records with careful data entry.

You will also stock and distribute materials on the manufacturing line, assist with kitting and counts, and may perform forklift duties as needed. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Team-oriented with ability to follow directions.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
• Uses computers to input data and/or use Excel sheets.
• Maintains records of merchandise shipped.
• Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing line.
• May prepare kitting packages or conduct inventory counts.
• Completes put-away function of received goods.
• CPD labeling by customer requirements.
• May be re-certified and asked to operate a forklift.
• Any other tasks assigned.
