Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Admin) to join our warehouse team. You will pick products, verify items, and keep precise shipping records while supporting order processing and material transfers.

The role requires clear communication and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to part numbers and quantities on assigned pick lists.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and report discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor email and provide status updates on work orders, sales orders, and material transfer orders.
• Verify products during picking, cycle counting, put-away, and receiving to help prevent errors.
• Meet departmental productivity standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow established health and safety practices and report workplace hazards or violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
