Job summary

Productivity Inc. is hiring a Warehouse-Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Littleton, CO. This role focuses on accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will prepare and process shipments, verify incoming goods, and maintain orderly inventory locations while upholding safety standards. The position offers a daytime schedule, competitive hourly pay, and generous benefits beginning on day one.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend packing slips, purchase orders, invoices and other business forms.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
• HazMat certification required after one year of hire.
• Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Ship orders to customers. Prepare orders for shipment according to the packing slip. Pull items from stock and incoming receipts to complete orders.
• Receive shipments for the entire company. Unload trucks and inspect incoming shipments. Verify contents against packing slips and PO.
• Put away inventory and maintain accurate locations. Plan layouts and relocate inventory as needed.
• Convert drums and totes into 5-gallon pails and label accordingly.
• Repackage tooling and other products for inventory or shipping needs.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts; obtain certification as required.
• Support warehouse operations and customer service activities; assist with will-call pickups and carrier coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
