Job summary

Productivity Inc in La Vista, NE is hiring a Warehouse-Shipping & Receiving Clerk. The role offers $20.00–$22.00 hourly, with performance reviews and a comprehensive benefits package starting day one. Typical hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends.

The position focuses on shipping/receiving, inventory control, light repackaging, forklift operation, and customer support as part of daily warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to read a packing slip, PO, invoice and other forms; basic arithmetic.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must obtain HazMat certification after one year of hire (if applicable).
• Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Ship orders to customers: prepare orders, pull items, prepare paperwork and labels, arrange delivery or pickup.
• Receive shipments: unload trucks, verify contents, record discrepancies, forward docs to the appropriate department.
• Put away inventory and maintain accurate locations; assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Convert drums/totes to 5-gallon pails and label accordingly.
• Repackage tools and products as needed for inventory or customer requirements.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, and maintain certification.
