Job summary

Atlas Machine & Supply is seeking a Shipping and Receiving associate in Cincinnati, OH. The role supports the fast-paced compressed air industry and reports to the supply chain team, with typical hours on First shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The candidate will handle incoming packages, coordinate carrier pickups, maintain stock, and operate warehouse equipment while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse/shipping preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming packages.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers.
• Stock and maintain parts inventory.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate forklift and overhead crane as required.
• Prepare packing lists and bills of ladings.
• Keep the warehouse organized.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Provide additional warehouse support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
