Job summary

GardenCore LLC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage the overall shipping and receiving function, including related administrative tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include receiving materials, loading/unloading trucks, verifying shipments, preparing bills of lading, maintaining inventory, processing orders, and delivering paperwork to the inventory office promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive and locate all incoming material into ROI locations.
• Oversee loading and unloading of trucks.
• Check in at time of receiving goods.
• Inspect outgoing shipments to meet specifications.
• Crate Bills of Lading to ship trucks.
• Help control inventory by following pick ticket rules.
• Responsible for material transfer.
• Deliver paperwork to inventory office promptly.
• Responsible for customer order entry.
• Verify shipments against bills, invoices, orders or other records.
