Job summary

WEG Transformers USA is seeking a Shipping/Receiving associate for the 2nd shift in Washington, MO. You will work from receiving documents, packing lists, freight bills and purchase orders in SAP, perform clerical and manual inventory duties, and prepare shipments.

You will verify shipping documents, unload trucks, move materials with pallet jack or forklift, and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–3 years shipping/receiving experience; drug screen

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to read Bills of Materials (BOMs) and schemas.
• Basic math and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Work from receiving documents, pull lists, packing lists, freight bills, bills of lading, and purchase orders in SAP.
• Perform clerical and manual duties involving receiving, storing, disbursing and recording transactions on inventory materials.
• Enter data and perform inquiries in SAP (PO number, department, part number, locations).
• Prepare or receive shipments, verify shipping documents and complete paperwork.
• Load/unload at the dock; move material using pallet jack or forklift; ensure material availability for departments.
