Job summary

WEG is seeking a Shipping/Receiving - 2nd shift associate in Washington, MO to manage inbound and outbound materials and documentation. You will work with SAP to track parts, verify paperwork, and support loading/unloading at the dock while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires basic math, ability to read BOMs and schematics, and a valid chauffeur's license for local deliveries. Prior shipping/receiving experience is preferred; the team emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Reading, understanding and interpreting Bills of Materials, schematics and specifications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and computations.
• Willingness to work limited overtime as needed.
• Resides within a reasonable commuting distance of Washington, MO.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving documents and reconcile with SAP and inventory records.
• Handle receiving, storage, disbursement, and recording of inventory transactions.
• Enter data in SAP for PO numbers, departments, part numbers, and locations.
• Prepare shipments and verify shipping documents.
• Load/unload at the dock and move materials as needed.
• Move material from storage to holding areas using pallet jack, forklift, or hoist.
• Drive company trucks between plants; maintain chauffeur's license.
