Job summary

CTDI is hiring a Shipping-Receiving Clerk for the 1st shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM, Mon–Fri) in Jeffersonville, IN. This role manages the flow of incoming and outgoing warehouse shipments and maintains accurate records.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, labeling and packaging, weighing against bills, inspecting items, and keeping supplies and workspace tidy. CTDI offers weekly pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

• Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.
• Competent in maintaining accurate and organized records.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment with proper labeling and packaging.
• Compare identifying information and counts against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or records.
• Unpack, examine, route shipments, reject damaged items, and coordinate with shippers.
