Job summary

Uzin Utz North America is seeking a dependable Shipping Clerk to support shipping, receiving, distribution and storage of products at our Waco, Texas facility. You will follow established procedures to ensure accurate documentation and safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include verifying inbound/outbound shipments, processing goods receipts in SAP, preparing packing lists and bills of lading, and coordinating with warehouse, production, and carrier partners.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Forklift certification (sit-down or stand-up) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing shipments, including courier, LTL, parcel, and freight deliveries.
• Physically verify inbound deliveries against documents and report discrepancies promptly.
• Enter, update, and verify shipment data in SAP to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Prepare shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery notes.
