Ducommun Incorporated in Parsons, KS is seeking a Shipping-Receiving Clerk to handle paperwork for outside processing, final shipments, and returns. You will maintain certifications and documents, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep shipments on schedule.

The role requires accurate typing, detail-oriented work, and the ability to follow procedures. The company offers a clean environment, growth opportunities, and competitive benefits.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Up to 3 years related experience in job function and/or training.
• Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel; BaaN experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Process all necessary paperwork for outside processing, final shipments, and returns.
• Accumulate all necessary certifications/documents for final shipments.
• Prioritize workload to minimize delays and follow priorities.
• Coordinate with outside processing suppliers as needed.
• Coordinate stock adjustments and buy-off procedures.
• Process paperwork for receiving of goods.
• Verify supplier certifications and documents.
• Determine shipping method and schedule shipments with LTL and air freight.
• Coordinate with Production Control and Accounts Payables on expedited charges.
• File claims with truck lines for damaged goods and follow up with AP.
• Distribute shipping documents to departments and update data.
• Attend productions meetings and work in receiving/dock activities.
• Handle hazardous waste properly.
