Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Shipping & Receiving associate in Wisconsin for an on-site, first-shift role. The position includes data entry, coordinating shipments, material handling, and inventory control, with a wage range of $20.00-$24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include using SAP Business One or similar systems, forklift operation, cycle counts, and supporting process improvements while maintaining safety and organization on the floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling.
• Computer proficiency, including experience with Excel, Bartender, SAP Business One, or similar systems.
• Basic understanding of continuous improvement principles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using a variety of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, review, and verify information using various computer systems and software.
• Communicate with trucking companies, customers, and internal departments to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Locate, pick, pack, stage, and move materials using appropriate material-handling equipment.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure inventory is properly stored and accurately accounted for.
• Perform cycle counts and complete supporting documentation to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with training new employees and provide appropriate feedback to the Warehouse Manager.
• Participate proactively in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all established safety procedures and safe material-handling practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
