Job summary

Action Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to join our New Jersey operations. You will receive, verify, and stock materials, inspect shipments, and maintain accurate records to keep inventory accurate and in good order.

Responsibilities include periodic inventory, carrier coordination, and following all safety policies. The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 70 lbs, with strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in receiving products, preferably in manufacturing.
• MS Office and ERP systems knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, math, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety regulations and health standards, and ensure compliance.
• Receive, unpack, verify counts, and update records for accuracy.
• Deliver materials to stockroom or to the ordering employee.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and quality.
• Maintain clean, orderly warehouse; conduct periodic inventory and cycle counts.
• Recordkeeping and documentation as required.
