UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Mosheim, TN to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments. You will prepare and verify paperwork, schedule outbound loads, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, basic Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and forklift licensing. Prior shipping experience and understanding of lumber products are a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or related area is preferred.
• Familiar with DOT concepts and regulations.

Mansioni

• Coordinate outbound loads with sales and production.
• Determine loading order and placement of product.
• Verify shipping documents and record discrepancies.
• Set up loads with outside freight carriers.
• Coordinate routing and dispatch with delivery instructions.
• Ensure paperwork meets DOT and company procedures.
• Document shortages and inform relevant teams.
• Assist with loading/unloading material if needed.
• Prepare reports and correspondence.
