Responsibilities

• Prepare documents such as bills of lading.
• Correspond with order management and factory representatives to rectify problems so that customer needs dates can be met.
• Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for transport.
• Contact carrier representatives to make transport arrangements.
• Organize distribution and shipping of merchandise and verify against documents.
• Assign, tag, and store received inventory to proper location.
• Receive parts to stock from external suppliers.
• Ensure products are properly packed and labeled.
• Maintain a safe and clean working area.
• Any other task assigned by supervisor or management.
