Forklift licensing and safe operation understanding is required.
Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook for documentation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule all outbound loads with sales and production.
Verify shipping documents and record discrepancies.
Prepare loads for shipment via common carriers and outside freight.
Dispatch orders and provide delivery instructions aligned with customer receiving times.
Ensure paperwork meets Universal and DOT regulations.
Document shortages, investigate causes, and inform sales/admin.
Handle trace/expedite requests and maintain shipment records.
Assist with loading/unloading material when needed.
Prepare reports and correspondence as required.
