Job summary

AGCO Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate to support shipping, packaging, and loading activities within our manufacturing and distribution environment.

You will prepare shipments, complete all required documentation, and ensure accuracy of contents while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the shop floor. Join a team focused on reliability, quality, and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Safely perform shipping, packaging, loading, documentation.
• Review shipment contents for accuracy and completeness.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment as required.
• Lift, bend, kneel, and work in varying conditions.
• Collaborate with coworkers and assist training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and load shipments to meet delivery requirements.
• Complete shipping documents accurately (work orders, bills of lading, manifests).
• Package equipment and parts per company practices to prevent damage.
• Verify shipment contents against records and support delivery between departments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, orderly work area following rules and PPE requirements.
