Job summary

AGCO Hesston, KS is seeking a Shipping Clerk to help move products and materials through manufacturing and shipping operations. This on-site role supports safe, accurate handling and timely deliveries.

You will prepare shipments, complete shipping documents, package equipment and parts, verify contents, and assist with material movement so customers and internal teams receive the right product in good condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, packing, loading, and documentation.
• Ability to verify shipment contents against records.
• Capability to operate common shipping equipment safely.
• Must lift and move items in varying conditions.
• Collaborate with others and train others when needed.

Responsibilities

As a Shipping Clerk, you will help keep AGCO product and materials moving safely and accurately through our manufacturing and shipping operations. You will prepare shipments, complete shipping documentation, package equipment and parts, and support material movement so customers and internal teams receive the right product in the right condition. This role is on-site at our Hesston manufacturing facility.

Your Impact

• Prepare, package, and load truckload, less than truckload, and parcel shipments to meet delivery requirements.
• Complete shipping documents accurately, including work orders, bills of lading, shipping orders, manifests, invoices, and related records.
• Package equipment, parts, kits, and finished goods according to company practices and customer requirements to help prevent damage.
• Verify shipment contents against records and support material delivery or retrieval between departments and the shipping area.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area while following company rules, personal protective equipment requirements, and quality expectations.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Ability to perform shipping, packaging, loading, material movement, and documentation work safely and accurately.
• Ability to review shipment contents and records for accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, powered industrial equipment, manufacturing equipment, and computerized or automated systems as required.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, and work inside and outside in varying conditions.
• Ability to work well with other employees and support training on job procedures when needed.
