Harbinger Motors Inc. in Garden Grove, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory records, and support production control.

You will help ensure accurate order fulfillment and material handling within a fast-paced facility. This role requires familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualificações

Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory records. This role plays a critical part in the supply chain by ensuring materials, parts, and products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Support all activities related to inbound shipments, to include unloading deliveries from trailers to the dock (using a hand truck and/or forklift), handling heavy equipment unloads, segregating inbound material into direct and indirect categories, and staging of material within the facility in support of all external teams.
• Support the Production Control team with material moves in support of quality inspection, putaway actions, and material issues in support of all production teams.
• Provide assistance to Harbinger employees when preparing outbound parcel and freight shipments that are processed through the appropriate Shipment Request form.
• Assist the Shipping & Receiving and Production Control teams with clearing out dunnage and removing empty boxes and crates from the inbound dock.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.

Who You Are:

• Familiarity with spreadsheets (excel/google sheets)
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Experience supporting warehouse and production functions within a high paced organization, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or other related industries.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root cause issues, and recommend solutions.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
• Able to walk, stand, crouch, bench, kneel, lift, carry and reach as needed in large and tight spaces.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word systems excel and other systems for work instructions creation.
• English communication skills (oral and written).

Hours:

• This role is assigned to Shift 1 / standard daytime hours (7:30am - 4:00pm)

California Pay Range

$25 - $32 USD
