Job description

This role will be located at our Englewood, Colorado facility.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of our shipping department.

Responsibilities include the following:

1. Daily tracking of parts
2. Coordination shipping items with UPS or Freight
3. Tracking part drawings and inventories
4. Daily packing and shipping of all orders to meet customer delivery schedules
5. Final visual inspection during packing and communicating any quality concerns
6. Receiving inspection
7. Storing material and goods safely at required locations
8. Ability to operate a pallet jack, hand truck, and cutters
9. Maintaining cleanliness of the shipping & receiving area
10. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
11. Organizing of shipping area and shipping supplies
12. Looking over work orders to verify shipments/receiving
13. Staging jobs for production lines to be ready for their next jobs on schedule
14. Weekly shop inventory

Requirements:

1. Ability to work independently
2. High School Diploma
3. Drive and willingness to understand directions and learn quickly
4. Ability to be flexible and deal with changing priorities
5. Must be dependable and reliable
6. Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a production environment

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $20.00-$24.00 hourly salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
