Job summary

The Suter Company is seeking a warehouse associate in Sycamore, IL to coordinate the handling, storage, and shipment of finished goods. You will support timely order fulfillment, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold quality and safety standards to ensure customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include reviewing shipment plans, coordinating product flow, operating a hand truck or forklift as needed, and processing shipping paperwork.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 6-12 months’ experience in warehouse operations desired.
• Experience coordinating shipment schedules and inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review daily shipment schedule and prioritize work to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate handling, storage, and flow of finished goods in the warehouse.
• Operate forklift or hand truck as needed to move product.
• Review inventory against delivery schedules to minimize damage and handling.
• Process incoming/outgoing shipment paperwork and maintain shipping records.
• Assist with returns and damage claims as needed.
