Job summary

The Suter Company in Sycamore, IL is seeking a warehouse associate to support production operations, move materials, and maintain clean, organized storage areas. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving support, forklift operation, and documentation.

Candidates should have a HS diploma, basic ERP/tablet experience, and ability to follow GMPs, SOPs, and allergen controls; overtime flexibility may be required, including Fridays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 6–12 months desirable.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Familiar with ERP or inventory software and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials to production lines following FIFO.
• Move product to warehouse storage.
• Maintain finished product area and organize warehouse.
• Assist with loading/unloading in shipping/receiving.
• Ensure equipment is in working order.
• Complete HACCP paperwork and allergen controls.
• Assist with inventory maintenance.
• Use tablets and other tech in daily tasks.
