Job summary

Quality Packaging (Qual Pac) seeks a Shipping and Receiving Manager to lead daily operations, drive lean improvements, and partner with production and supply chain to meet goals. You will manage inventory, carrier relations, and GMP compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Plant Manager, supervise staff, and implement corrective actions while promoting safety and accuracy across all shipping activities in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of WMS/ERP experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to interpret financial data to set production goals.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Plant Manager.
• Directs Shipping and Receiving department operations.
• Ensures compliance with GMPs and safety rules.
• Leads performance metrics and daily staff meetings.
• Oversees inventory, warehousing, and carrier coordination.
• Implements continuous improvement initiatives.
• Trains personnel on policies and systems.
• Conducts internal audits and corrective actions.
