Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Manager in on-site Vero Beach, FL to own end-to-end warehouse operations. You will lead supervisors across multiple shifts, driving inbound and outbound performance, safety, and cost controls while improving inventory accuracy and operational discipline.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing stock variances, and leveraging ERP/WMS systems to enhance transaction accuracy and visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership within shipping/receiving, warehousing, or distribution.
• Experience directly managing multiple shifts and supervising frontline leaders.
• Hands-on ownership of inbound receiving and outbound shipping in high-volume operations.
• Strong inventory-control background: cycle counting, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, corrective action.
• Fluency with ERP/WMS platforms; NetSuite & RFSmart are strong advantages.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or similar demanding environments.
• Bachelor’s degree and Spanish-English bilingual capabilities are advantageous.

Our client is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Manager to take ownership of a critical, high-volume operation supporting a growing organization in Vero Beach. This is a visible leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving operational discipline, and turning complex warehouse activity into consistent, measurable results. The successful candidate will lead supervisors across multiple shifts while driving improvements in inventory accuracy, service, safety, cost control, and overall execution.

Skill Set:

• 5 years of leadership experience within shipping, receiving, warehousing, distribution, or a closely related operation.
• Proven experience directly managing and developing supervisors responsible for multiple shifts.
• Hands‑on leadership of both inbound receiving and outbound shipping within a high-volume operating environment.
• Strong inventory-control background, including cycle counting, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, discrepancy resolution, and corrective action.
• Fluency with ERP and WMS platforms required, with NetSuite and RFSmart experience considered strong advantages.
• Department-level ownership of safety, audit or compliance readiness, labor planning, overtime, expenses, and performance metrics.
• Experience within food, beverage, refrigerated, cold-chain, CPG, regulated manufacturing, or a similarly demanding operational environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, communication, and cross‑functional problem‑solving skills. A related bachelor’s degree and Spanish-English bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
