Job summary

Globe Food Equipment and Varimixer USA in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee inbound and outbound freight, and manage inventory control.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication and supervisory skills, with familiarity in ERP/WMS systems and shipping software to drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, shipping, and distribution experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound freight including LTL, truckload, and international shipments.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and daily warehouse operations.
• Lead and develop warehouse personnel; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, handling, packing, and transfers.
• Coordinate with ERP/WMS and shipping software; ensure proper documentation.
