Job summary
Qual Pac (A Pro Pac Company) in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Manager to lead daily shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory operations at a Frito-Lay dedicated facility.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in shipping/receiving, supervisory experience in manufacturing or distribution, and strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, inventory control, and safety compliance. This is an on-site, full-time role.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or distribution environments.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, receiving processes, and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate shipping schedules, transportation, and carrier activities to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Monitor warehouse performance, shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee physical inventory counts, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory consolidation.
