Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or related role preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, freight, and other shipments accurately and efficiently.
Prepare goods for shipment, selecting appropriate methods, routes, and rates.
Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and packaging compliance, including palletized shipments.
Receive, unpack, inspect, and document incoming shipments; coordinate discrepancies with vendors or departments.
Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records and related documents.
Track outgoing shipments and respond to shipment inquiries.
Deliver materials and supplies throughout the facility.
Maintain inventory of shipping and mailing supplies.
Operate forklifts/electric pallet jacks safely per procedures.
Support tour and event logistics and return inventory checks.
