Job summary

Opti Staffing Group is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Loader I for a local steel fabrication company in Tualatin, OR. You will load and unload trucks, operate material-handling equipment, and ensure accurate inventory and paperwork.

This on-site role requires adherence to safety standards and teamwork, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM and competitive hourly pay plus benefits. Prior forklift experience and a valid driver's license are preferred, with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse or material-handling environment.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks without constant supervision.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks and shipments.
• Operate lift trucks and other material-handling equipment.
• Stage and organize pipe, tube, structural steel, component parts, and finished goods.
• Pull and properly put away materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and proper material organization.
• Complete shipping and receiving paperwork and documentation.
