Job summary

Opti Staffing is hiring for a Shipping & Receiving / Loader I in Tualatin, OR. You will load and unload trucks, operate lift equipment, and manage material flow to keep shipments moving safely and efficiently.

The role requires prior shipping/receiving experience, attention to detail, and paperwork accuracy. Hours are Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM with pay between $25 and $32 per hour DOE; benefits include company-sponsored insurance and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material-handling environments.
Ability to operate lift trucks safely without constant supervision.
Knowledge of shipping procedures and paperwork.
Ability to track and organize inventory.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work around heavy materials and machinery.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks safely.
Operate lift trucks and material-handling equipment.
Stage and organize pipe, tube, structural steel, components, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize materials.
Complete shipping and receiving paperwork.
Review MTRs, bills of material, and shipping documents.
Follow safety rules and keep area clean.
