Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead shipping/receiving tasks in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and documentation.
• Experience with inventory controls and KPI reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Train in receiver, shipper, and inventory control roles to provide backup.
• Handle complex orders and specialized packaging requirements with accuracy.
• Conduct inventory audits and participate in inbound/outbound performance analysis.
• Assist in demand forecasting and discrepancy resolution through data analysis.
• Process returns and ensure proper documentation and restocking.
