Job summary

Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a dependable Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory movement, and freight logistics in a high-volume manufacturing plant.

You will load/unload shipments, inspect incoming goods, verify manifests, and prepare outgoing orders with speed and precision, while safely operating forklift and pallet jack. Experience with ERP SAP, cycle counts, and coordinating outbound shipping schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of forklift operation experience.
• ,
• Experience using ERP SAP for tracking inventory and stock transfers.
• ,
• Ability to load/unload shipments and prepare outbound orders with accuracy.
• ,
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices (OSHA).
• ,
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift (sit-down/stand-up) to unload inbound shipments.
• Stage heavy freight and prepare outbound orders to meet schedules.
• Perform palletizing, wrapping, and securing freight to prevent damage.
• Move materials using pallet jack through aisles and staging areas.
• Coordinate outbound shipping schedules and verify packing slips.
• Update inventory logs and purchase order receipts in ERP SAP.
• Support manufacturing lines by stocking raw materials and WIP.
• Inspect inbound freight for discrepancies and obvious damage.
