Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Lead in Franklin, OH to partner with Shift Leads, ensure safe, efficient dock operations, and resolve issues. The role requires supervising staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating scheduling with the Load Planner.

Starting pay is $24.17/hour for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm). Applicants should be able to operate forklifts, work overtime, and comply with safety standards. Benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• At least 3 years in shipping, receiving, warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience in lead, coordinator, or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving, inventory control, dock operations, and warehouse workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping and receiving operations and coordinate daily dock activities.
• Train, coach, and supervise department staff to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with safety standards.
